In this role, Ravi will lead the growth of Lyric India and drive its evolution into a Center of Excellence. His focus will be on delivering strategic value to customers while building a high performance and innovation driven culture aligned with the company’s mission.
Before joining Lyric.ai, Ravi served as Vice President Engineering and GCC Country Head India at Storable. He played a key role in setting up a Global Capability Center of over 200 employees in Hyderabad. His responsibilities spanned HR, IT, Finance, and Vendor Management, where he introduced AI driven tools that improved internal efficiency and customer outcomes.
Prior to Storable, Ravi worked as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Sterling Talent Solutions. He led the India Development and Technology Center and oversaw product delivery for cloud based background screening platforms. He was also part of the Mumbai Leadership Team, contributing to branding, company culture, and talent development initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Ravi served as Principal Software Engineering Director at Microsoft India. He led core engineering programs across HR, Finance, Legal, and Sales and Marketing functions, delivering scalable enterprise platforms with integrated data flows and strong compliance frameworks.
He also held leadership roles at Runaware, including Vice President Engineering and Director of Software Development, managing product delivery and India operations. Ravi began his career with technical and managerial roles at Sabre Inc. and Concurrent Technologies Corporation.
