Strengthening its corporate presence in India’s key commercial hub, Logitech Electronics India has taken a new office space on lease in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex.
Logitech Electronics India has leased a commercial office unit at Bandra Kurla Complex, with a total rental commitment of around ₹4 crore over a period of 5 years, according to property documents shared by Volney. The company will occupy Unit No. 407 on the fourth floor of the Trade Centre building.
The leased office has a carpet area of approximately 2,010 sq ft. The agreement includes a lock-in period of 5 years, with the annual rent set to increase by 5% every year. As per the lease terms, the monthly rent is ₹6.03 lakh, while the security deposit has been fixed at ₹81 lakh.
Trade Centre is a Grade A commercial property developed by Wadhwa Developers and is located within the BKC business district, which continues to attract multinational companies and large corporates due to its connectivity and infrastructure.
Over the full lock-in period, Logitech Electronics India’s total rental outgo is estimated at approximately ₹4 crore. The transaction was facilitated by Narains Corporate in partnership with Volney.
A media outlet has reached out to Logitech Electronics India for comments and will update the report based on the company’s response.
Bandra Kurla Complex remains one of Mumbai’s most sought-after office markets, with strong demand from technology, financial services, and multinational firms seeking premium commercial space.
