Littelfuse, Inc. (NASDAQ:LFUS), a frontrunner in creating intelligent solutions for safe and efficient electrical energy transfer, has announced today that Abhi Khandelwal will take on the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, starting June 18, 2025.Â
Mr. Khandelwal brings over 20 years of financial and operational expertise to Littelfuse, having most recently held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at IDEX Corporation.

Before his tenure at IDEX, Mr. Khandelwal was the Chief Financial Officer at Multi-Color Corporation, a worldwide provider of packaging services and label solutions. He also held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at CIRCOR International (NYSE:CIR, which was acquired by KKR). Mr. Khandelwal holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from Northwestern University.
