LG Electronics is set to unveil its new Gallery TV at CES 2026, beginning on January 6. The company aims to push the boundaries of design-focused televisions that blend technology with home interiors. Along with the Gallery TV, LG is expected to showcase upgraded OLED G6 and OLED W6 flagship models, signalling a refresh of its premium TV line-up across lifestyle and high-end segments.
The LG Gallery TV will come in 55-inch and 65-inch variants and features a slim flush-mount design for wall installation. It includes interchangeable magnetic frames to match different home decors. Designed as a digital canvas, the TV aims to go beyond traditional viewing with a Gallery Mode developed in collaboration with museum curators. This mode adjusts colour accuracy and brightness to mimic the texture of original artworks while a specialised display surface reduces glare and reflections. Ambient light sensors automatically adapt picture settings throughout the day.
Unlike OLED, the new Gallery TV uses a MiniLED display with 4K resolution powered by LG’s α7 AI Processor. Audio is delivered through AI Sound Pro providing virtual 9.1.2-channel sound. The TV also comes with internal storage for saving selected visual content directly on the device. LG highlights that the Gallery TV is part of its Art TV line-up, creating a seamless blend of technology and interior design.
A major feature of the experience is the LG Gallery+ service which offers access to over 4,500 visual works refreshed every month. The library includes fine art, cinematic scenes, game visuals, and animations. Users can also create custom images using generative AI, display personal photos, and add background music through built-in tracks or Bluetooth streaming. LG will provide a limited free version of Gallery+ with full access available via subscription. Pricing and availability details are yet to be announced.
