Lenovo has launched a comprehensive suite of new services and platforms designed to empower companies in building robust and efficient “AI Factories.” These offerings, which include new advisory services, industry-specific solutions, and cutting-edge hybrid AI platforms, aim to significantly accelerate the implementation of enterprise-grade artificial intelligence.
A key component of Lenovo’s new portfolio is the AI Adoption and Change Management Services. These services are specifically tailored to bridge the gap between a company’s AI ambitions and their practical realization. This includes an AI People Readiness Assessment to evaluate employee preparedness for AI transformation and persona-based training customized for specific employee roles. For organizations utilizing Microsoft Copilot, targeted training will also be available to facilitate the seamless integration of generative AI tools.
Lenovo is also introducing validated Hybrid AI Advantage Solutions for various industries, developed in close collaboration with strategic partners such as Centific, Avathon, and WaitTime. Notable examples include:
- A platform for the hospitality sector, developed with Centific AI Data Foundry and Nvidia, enabling real-time personalization for guests.
- A solution for the retail sector, created with WaitTime and Intel, providing advanced crowd analytics through Edge AI-based computer vision.
- A system for workplace safety, developed with Avathon Visual AI, offering real-time monitoring for hazards and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance.
At the core of Lenovo’s hardware innovations is the new ThinkSystem SR680a V4 system. This powerhouse features Intel Xeon 6 CPUs and eight Nvidia Blackwell GPUs, promising significantly faster AI inferencing and enhanced computational capabilities crucial for demanding AI workloads.
Furthermore, Lenovo is strengthening its partnerships to deliver integrated AI solutions. The company is collaborating with Cisco on Nexus switches, incorporating Nvidia Spectrum-X technology to boost AI network performance. Concurrently, Lenovo is working with IBM to integrate IBM’s watsonx technology with Lenovo ThinkSystem SR675 servers, providing a ready-to-deploy AI infrastructure solution for enterprises.
These multifaceted offerings underscore Lenovo’s commitment to supporting businesses through their AI transformation journeys, from foundational infrastructure to specialized industry applications and comprehensive change management.
