Lee Cowie Appointed COO of accesso® Technology Group

accesso Technology Group, a leading provider of tech solutions to leisure, entertainment, and cultural sectors, has announced the appointment of Lee Cowie as its new Chief Operating Officer. With over 15 years of experience in digital transformation and operational strategy, Cowie brings a wealth of knowledge to this key leadership role.

Previously, Cowie served as the Group Head of Technology at Nando’s, overseeing technology for more than 1,200 restaurant locations in 30 countries. He also held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Merlin Entertainments, where he led technology initiatives for over 125 attractions worldwide, enhancing digital guest experiences for millions of visitors annually.

Cowie’s background also includes leadership roles at Ericsson, where he successfully integrated operations across multiple global business acquisitions, including Red Bee Media. He has extensive experience in both B2B and B2C sectors, with a strong focus on aligning technology with business goals, driving efficiencies, and developing high-performance teams.
