The move marks a significant milestone in her 6-year journey with the company as it continues to scale its AI-powered experience orchestration platform worldwide. In her expanded role, Laura will lead global HR strategy, transformation initiatives and operational excellence across the organisation.
Previously, Laura served as Vice President, Global People Operations and HR Transformation at Genesys. She began in the role as Senior Director and was promoted to VP in 2024. During this period of double-digit growth, she built the company’s global HR infrastructure from the ground up. She established 7 HR practice areas, including HR Compliance & Risk, Immigration & Mobility, HR PMO, Change Management, Knowledge Management and HR Shared Services.
Laura also led the deployment of end-to-end Workday HCM across more than 50 countries. In addition, she redesigned the HR operating model for the AI era by integrating ServiceNow and Genesys Cloud, transforming HR into a more intelligent and experience-driven function.
Outside Genesys, Laura is a Member at Chief and a Founding Member of the Experts Council at Hacking HR, where she contributes insights on AI, the future of work and human-centered transformation.
Earlier, as Managing Partner, People Strategy at The HXS Group, she advised enterprise and high-growth organisations on HR transformation and agile operating models. She also served as Adjunct Professor at California State University Long Beach, focusing on linking total rewards strategy to business performance.
Her prior corporate roles include Regional HR Director, Latin America & People Operations at Epson America Inc. and Regional HR Head at Epson Latinoamérica, where she led multi-year HR transformations and implemented SAP SuccessFactors. She also held HR leadership positions at Microglobal Argentina SA and HP.
