Lace AI Secures $14M to Transform Home Service Call Centers with Revenue Intelligence Tools

Lace AI, a startup founded by Bulgarians and based in America, has successfully secured $14 million in a seed funding round led by Bek Ventures. This innovative company specializes in AI-driven customer service software tailored for home service businesses. The funding will help enhance their offerings and expand their market reach.

Founded in 2022 by Boris Valkov and Stanislav Stoyanov, Lace operates out of Mountain View. The company focuses on revenue intelligence software specifically designed for call centers in the trades sector. By leveraging AI technology, Lace analyzes every phone call, revealing that over 40% of calls go unbooked, which presents a significant opportunity for improvement.

“There’s a growing trend of applying AI to make a real impact in sectors historically underserved by tech, and this team has a keen understanding of how to do just that — accurately identifying and addressing the needs of these often overlooked segments represents an enormous opportunity,” says Mehmet Atici, managing partner at Bek Ventures.

To date, Lace has raised a total of $19 million in funding, which includes a previously undisclosed $5 million pre-seed round led by Canvas Ventures. The recent $14 million seed round was spearheaded by Bek Ventures, with additional support from investors such as Horizon VC, Launchub, and notable figures like Marcin Zukowski, co-founder of Snowflake, and Heini Zachariassen from Vivino.
