A new collaboration aims to simplify and accelerate how global enterprises build and scale Global Capability Centers (GCCs). Kyndryl (NYSE: KD) and Gloplax Solutions Private Limited have joined forces to deliver integrated, full-lifecycle GCC solutions—from strategy to operations and transformation.
By combining Kyndryl’s global reach, deep technology expertise and transformation capabilities with Gloplax’s practitioner-led advisory and operational strengths, the partnership will support enterprises at every stage of the GCC journey.

The collaboration will cover the full GCC lifecycle, including strategy design, modernization, compliance, legal entity setup and ongoing operations management. It will also offer advisory for enterprises planning new GCCs, conducting detailed assessments, and restructuring existing operations. The goal is to enable a GCC-first operating model that improves performance, reduces complexity and enhances cost efficiency.
India continues to see strong GCC growth, with projections reaching nearly 2400 centers by 2030, up from around 1700 today. As adoption increases, enterprises will need tighter alignment between technology, operations and business outcomes.
The partnership will also focus on strengthening governance and risk management while supporting long-term scalability. It will leverage Gloplax’s proprietary frameworks, including GLOverse, along with Kyndryl’s AI-enabled modernization and global delivery capabilities. The model will support greenfield GCC setups, optimization of existing centers, and expansion or acquisition strategies.
