Systematix Group has announced a senior leadership appointment as it continues to strengthen its technology and governance framework. The move signals a strategic step by the organisation as it sharpens its focus on technology governance, digital resilience, and enterprise aligned execution.
In his new role, Kundan will be responsible for strengthening the company’s IT strategy. His mandate includes ensuring operational stability and building scalable digital frameworks that support business growth. He will also address rising board level focus on risk management, security, and performance.
Kundan brings extensive cross sector experience across financial services, capital markets, and technology driven enterprises. Prior to joining Systematix Group, he held leadership roles at ARCON, Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Ltd., Quinnox, and Financial Technologies India Ltd. Across these organisations, he managed complex digital ecosystems and led large scale technology initiatives.
Kundan’s leadership reflects the changing role of the modern Chief Information Officer, moving beyond traditional systems management to driving enterprise alignment, resilience, and strategic business impact.
