Marking a new milestone in his marketing career of more than two decades across some of India’s most well-known consumer brands.
Before this appointment, Dubey served as Chief Marketing Officer at Wakefit, where he played a key role in driving 25 per cent revenue growth and leading impactful campaigns such as #Gaddagiri. Prior to that, he held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Cleartrip, part of the Flipkart Group, where he helped redefine the brand’s architecture following its acquisition.
Dubey has also held senior leadership roles at Vedantu and PhonePe. At PhonePe, he led business marketing and played a major role in developing the brand and media strategies that shaped its strong market presence.
Throughout his career, Dubey has been recognised for building innovative, insight-driven marketing strategies and leading high-impact campaigns for major organisations, including dentsu India Slingshot, Flipkart, eBay India, Reliance Communications, and McDonald’s.
At Flipkart, he was part of the core team behind The Big Billion Days campaign, one of India’s most successful e-commerce marketing initiatives. During his tenure at eBay India, he led early brand transformation projects during the formative years of India’s digital commerce sector.
With his extensive experience and proven leadership in marketing and brand strategy, Dubey’s appointment is expected to strengthen Practo’s brand presence and accelerate its mission of transforming healthcare through innovation and trust.
