Wishing Mr. Kolja Kiofsky greater responsibilities and exciting challenges in this impressive new chapter!
Swarovski has revealed that Kolja Kiofsky, who currently leads its North American division, will step into the role of Chief Commercial Officer beginning January 2026. This appointment reflects Swarovski’s long-term vision of nurturing transformative leadership to guide the brand’s global commercial momentum.
Kolja has made a powerful impact during his time as General Manager of North America, where he orchestrated a remarkable turnaround marked by strong double-digit growth and a reinvention of the brand’s luxury footprint. His sharp execution of the LUXignite strategy elevated the brand across channels and sharpened Swarovski’s competitive edge in one of the world’s most demanding markets.
In his upcoming role as Chief Commercial Officer, Kolja will assume command of the company’s worldwide commercial operations, carrying forward his disciplined, growth-focused mindset to a broader international stage. Having previously served in global roles spanning customer experience and retail marketing, his wide-ranging expertise uniquely positions him to amplify Swarovski’s brand evolution on a global scale.
As part of this strategic shift, the company also announced that Michele Molon, the current Chief Commercial Officer, will step down in July 2025. Michele has been a cornerstone of Swarovski’s recent success, playing a vital role in deploying the LUXignite strategy and elevating commercial excellence worldwide.
During the transitional period, Ilse Roeffen, currently Head of Emerging Markets and Businesses, will act as interim Chief Commercial Officer. Ilse is highly regarded within Swarovski for her astute leadership and has a proven track record across diverse international markets.
CEO Alexis Nasard expressed gratitude and optimism during this leadership evolution, saying, “Kolja Kiofsky’s promotion to Chief Commercial Officer marks an exciting new chapter for Swarovski. Kolja’s leadership and strategic vision have been pivotal in driving growth and transformation in North America. At the same time, Swarovski extends its heartfelt gratitude to Michele Molon for his outstanding contributions and dedication to our company and brand. Michele leaves with a strong business and organizational legacy.”
