This marks a significant step forward in his career and supports the company’s aim to strengthen its global communication and engagement strategy. Kinshuk moves to the organisation after more than three years as the Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications at Bharti Airtel, where he helped shape the communication roadmap for one of India’s largest telecom businesses.

He has led communication strategies across industries including technology, healthcare, FMCG, aviation, energy and telecommunications. This experience places him in a strong position to guide the company’s communication narrative across global markets.

Kinshuk’s career spans more than twenty years. He has held leadership positions at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, GSK Consumer Healthcare India, Max Healthcare, Edelman India, Hanmer MSL Communications and IPAN Hill and Knowlton.

Through these roles, Kinshuk has built deep expertise in reputation management, stakeholder engagement, executive communication and strategic media relations. He has worked on communication strategies for complex and visible organisations and has built strong relationships across stakeholder groups.

In his earlier leadership roles, Kinshuk managed communications and corporate social responsibility for India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare.
