Keshav Dubal Takes the Helm as Head of IT at The Oberoi Group

The Oberoi Group has recently appointed Keshav Dubal as its new Head of Information Technology, a strategic move designed to bolster the company’s efforts in automation and digital transformation. Commencing in February, Dubal will oversee technical teams, ensuring that the implementation and management of IT systems align with the company’s broader goals.

Boasting an impressive 24-year-long career in the IT sector, Dubal brings a wealth of expertise, having consistently delivered high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Expressing his excitement about this new chapter, Dubal shared his news on LinkedIn, saying, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Information Technology Infrastructure & Networks at The Oberoi Group!”

Throughout his illustrious career, Dubal has demonstrated a profound commitment to integrating technology to enhance business operations and improve customer experiences. His achievements include leading the deployment of various innovative IT solutions, such as SAP Concur, RPA & BOTS integration, and even complex airport baggage handling systems.

Dubal’s professional journey began as a freelance software developer, followed by a successful tenure with leading organizations. He initially worked with NIIT Limited as an Assistant Manager, then advanced to Beumer Corporation, where he managed automation projects. His contributions at Beumer Group, where he served for over 12 years, culminated in his position as Senior IT Manager. He also held the position of Head of IT at Dabur India Limited before joining The Oberoi Group.

Academically, Dubal holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology, alongside certifications as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist and a Scrum Master, further underscoring his dedication to personal and professional growth.
