This move marks an important milestone in Kavita’s people leadership journey and reflects her strong experience across HR strategy, talent management, organisational development, site leadership, and business partnering across technology and services organisations.
Before this role, Kavita served at Snowflake as Director People Partner India, Site Leader & India Board Member, and earlier as Director HR, India HR Leader. Her progression within the organisation highlights a strong internal leadership journey and the company’s confidence in her ability to lead people strategy across the APAC region.
Earlier, she worked with Simplify Healthcare as VP, Head of HR, where she built the global HR function across India and the US. Prior to that, she was associated with Alfa Laval as Human Resources Leader and with Amdocs as Global HR Business Lead – India | EMEA | CALA. These roles reflect her expertise in organisation design, compensation, talent management, capability building, engagement, compliance, and change management.
In the earlier phase of her career, Kavita worked with WNS Global Services as Group Manager – Human Resource, IBM Daksh as Assistant Manager – HR, and Satyam Computer Services Ltd as Senior Executive HR.
Her experience across Snowflake, Simplify Healthcare, Alfa Laval, Amdocs, WNS Global Services, IBM Daksh, and Satyam Computer Services Ltd reflects a long and accomplished career in human resources leadership.
With extensive experience in strategic business partnering, integrated talent management, employee engagement, HR transformation, and site leadership, she brings a well-rounded profile to her new role. Her appointment is expected to support Snowflake in strengthening its people’s agenda across the APAC region.
