Kartik brings more than twenty years of experience in global business services, consulting, and digital transformation. He has a strong track record of scaling organizations, building high performing teams, and driving enterprise wide transformation. In his new role, he will lead strategic direction across data services, demand generation, and finance operations. He will also work on creating synergy among service lines and advancing the company’s shift towards an AI enabled operating model.
Before joining Datamatics Business Solutions Ltd, Kartik served as Managing Director Business Consulting and Global Business Services Sales at Nexdigm. During his tenure, he led operations across the United States, Asia Pacific, and EMEA. Under his leadership, the company achieved three times revenue growth in four years. He also expanded consulting, outsourcing, and analytics capabilities and helped shift the organization’s global business mix to generate most of its revenue from international markets.
Prior to Nexdigm, Kartik spent four years at WPP. As Managing Director Financeplus, he oversaw two times business growth and led automation and analytics transformation across operations. He helped establish the Indian shared services arm as a global center of excellence. He also championed diversity and inclusion with more than fifty percent diversity achieved at leadership levels and set up digital centers of excellence focused on RPA and AI adoption.
His earlier experience includes leadership roles at Avaya India where he expanded global shared services across multiple regions and earned the Ovation Award for Leadership and Excellence for two consecutive years. He also held senior roles at Aviva where he worked on operational transformation and consolidation and at HCL Technologies where he developed customer focused delivery models and improved operational efficiency.
Kartik’s leadership approach reflects a strong emphasis on digital innovation, transformation, and global collaboration. His experience positions him to guide Datamatics Business Solutions Ltd through its next phase of growth in the AI and data intelligence landscape.
