Kamesh brings more than two decades of experience across media, technology and engineering companies and has built strong capabilities in strategic HR, talent development, global compensation and benefits, HR business partnering, organisational development and employment law.
Kamesh spent 14 years at Zee Entertainment where he led major HR initiatives and served as General Manager and Head of Human Resources. His work focused on strengthening leadership capability and driving workforce excellence. Before this he contributed to global HR operations at Tech Mahindra as part of the HR Americas division. Kamesh’s early career at Navya Engineers and Equipments helped him build a solid foundation in HR practices.
Kamesh’s experience across Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, MAA a division of Star India Private Limited, Zee Network Limited, Tech Mahindra and Navya Engineers and Equipments has shaped his ability to design scalable HR strategies, support high performance cultures and enable business transformation. In his new role at Suzlon Group he will apply his people focused approach to support growth and advance the organisation’s talent agenda.
