B2B ecommerce startup Jumbotail has secured $120 million in fresh funding, becoming the fifth Indian unicorn of 2025, according to sources. The funding round was led by SC Ventures, the investment arm of Standard Chartered, along with participation from existing investor Artal Asia.
While Jumbotail confirmed the funding through an official statement on Monday, it did not comment on its valuation. However, sources familiar with the development said the company has now reached a valuation of $1 billion.
The sharp rise in Jumbotail’s valuation is largely attributed to its recent acquisition of Solv India, a B2B commerce and financial services platform that was incubated by SC Ventures. The valuation reportedly reflects the combined value of both companies after the acquisition and the new capital infusion.
This new funding round marks a significant milestone for Jumbotail as it strengthens its position in India’s B2B ecommerce sector. The startup provides a full-stack platform offering supply chain, logistics, and digital financial services to small and medium businesses across the country.
