Jina Kuttath joins Rajhans Group of Industries as Group Head of HR and Admin

Rajhans Group of Industries, one of India’s leading diversified business conglomerates, has appointed Jina Kuttath as Group Head of HR and Admin. In her new role, she will lead human resources strategy, organizational development, and administrative operations across the Group’s businesses in Realty and Infrastructure, Entertainment Cinemas, Textile, Confectionery, Hospitality, Logistics, Aviation, and E-commerce. This appointment reflects Rajhans Group’s commitment to fostering a unified people-first culture to support its growth and diversification.

Before joining Rajhans Group, Jina served as Chief Human Resources Officer at a large NSE-listed EPC Oil and Gas company with over 2,500 employees. She played a key role in building the HR and governance framework, working closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to drive enterprise transformation and leadership succession. Her efforts in digitalizing HR systems and enhancing labor relations across multiple sites strengthened compliance and operational efficiency.

Earlier, Jina worked at Hyundai Engineering as Manager of HR Strategy and Operations. She led HR digital transformation initiatives, implemented advanced HRMS systems to improve workforce efficiency, and ensured organizational agility through governance and design alignment.

Jina also held the position of Lead of HR Business Transformation at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, where she aligned HR strategy with business goals, deployed engagement and recruitment systems, designed compensation frameworks, and elevated governance standards for a large global workforce.

Her international experience includes roles in the Middle East with companies such as Alpha Data and Finesse Global. As Head of HR in the Dubai region and HR Business Partner and Consultant, she managed HR operations across multiple business lines, implemented leadership assessment programs, and strengthened HR frameworks for CXO-level clients in IT and financial sectors.

Jina began her career at a prominent financial services company, where she contributed to nationwide workforce expansion, hiring over 4,500 employees during a period of rapid growth.

Her appointment at Rajhans Group marks a strategic move to strengthen HR leadership and support the Group’s vision of growth across diverse industries.
