Jessica Kecman has stepped into the role of HR Director, Enterprise Functions at Leidos, marking a notable advancement in her career across the human resources and talent management landscape. Kecman brings to the organization a progressive career shaped by key roles in major companies. Most recently, she served as HR Director at Amentum, where she oversaw HR operations and supported a broad, mission-driven workforce. During her tenure, she refined core HR processes and contributed to creating an environment focused on employee support, operational consistency, and organizational alignment.
Prior to that, Kecman built a substantial foundation in HR at a large technology and engineering services firm. Beginning in recruitment, she steadily transitioned into strategic HR business partner roles, ultimately leading major HR initiatives across multiple teams and projects. This journey helped her develop deep expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, HR operations, performance management, and employee engagement.
As she takes on her new responsibilities at Leidos, Kecman is expected to bring a pragmatic, people-first approach to supporting enterprise functions.
