Incode has announced the appointment of Jesse Franklin as its new Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Franklin will be responsible for financial strategy, capital allocation, and growth planning as the company expands its AI-driven identity verification platform worldwide.
Franklin has been with Incode for nearly five years. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of Finance and Special Projects, where he managed key initiatives across finance, operations, and enterprise expansion. Before that, he worked as Senior Vice President for the United States and Canada, playing an important role in driving regional growth and strengthening enterprise partnerships as Incode increased its client base across multiple industries.
He has also held influential board positions at ModelLand and Ministry of Supply and acted as a board observer at b8ta. In these roles, he provided strategic guidance to several growth-stage consumer and technology ventures. His industry expertise further developed during his time at Macerich, where he served as Vice President of Investments and Innovation. There, he led investments in retail technologies and co-founded the Fifth Wall Retail Fund.
Earlier in his career, Franklin co-founded and expanded two ventures. The first was NimbleRx, a same-day prescription delivery platform, and the second was American Efficient, a consumer clean energy platform. He began his professional journey in finance with investment and private equity positions at Linzor Capital, Citigroup, and GBM, gaining valuable experience in cross-border transactions and capital markets.
Franklin holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. During his time there, he also worked on go-to-market strategies for a technology venture that was later acquired by Workday.
With his diverse background in finance, investment, and entrepreneurship, Franklin is expected to bring strong leadership to Incode as it accelerates its global growth journey.
