Iscon Balaji Foods welcomes Ketan Prajapati as Head of Information Technology

In his new role, Ketan will lead the company’s IT function, focusing on digital transformation, strengthening IT infrastructure, and building scalable, secure, and efficient technology systems. His mandate will support the company’s expansion across domestic and international markets.

Prior to this, Ketan served as Head of Information Technology at Zenex Animal Health, where he led enterprise IT strategy, cybersecurity initiatives, and IT service management. His work supported business growth and improved operational efficiency.

He also brings nearly a decade of experience at Accenture in India, where he held multiple leadership roles. Notably, he served as Head of IT Infrastructure for Zydus Lifesciences Limited, managing large-scale IT operations and driving digital initiatives for the organisation.

Earlier during his time at Accenture, Ketan worked as a SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect, contributing to enterprise-wide SAP implementations and transformation projects. His efforts helped organisations modernise core systems and improve operational effectiveness.

Ketan began his career as a SAP Consultant at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd, where he developed strong expertise in enterprise systems, SAP implementation, and business process integration.

This appointment reflects Iscon Balaji Foods’ continued focus on strengthening its technology capabilities to enable scalable growth and operational excellence.
