iQOO Z11 spotted on Geekbench with Dimensity 8500 ahead of China launch

The iQOO Z11 has been listed on Geekbench ahead of its official launch in China. The listing, linked to a device with model number V2551A, is believed to be the upcoming handset. It suggests that the smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset.

According to the benchmark data, the processor features a CPU setup with 1 prime core at 3.40GHz, 3 performance cores at 3.20GHz, and 4 efficiency cores at 2.20GHz. The chipset is paired with a Mali-G720 MC8 GPU and 16GB RAM. The device is also shown running on Android 16 and is expected to ship with OriginOS 6.

In Geekbench 6.5.0 for Android AArch64 tests, the smartphone recorded a single-core score of 1,717 and a multi-core score of 6,795, giving an early indication of its performance capabilities.

Ahead of the launch, the company has confirmed some key features. The handset will include a 165Hz display, aimed at delivering smoother visuals. It is also expected to feature a 9,020mAh battery, which is claimed to be the largest ever on an iQOO smartphone.

Reports suggest the device could come with a 6.83-inch OLED display offering 1.5K resolution. It may also include up to 512GB of onboard storage along with 16GB RAM.

In terms of pricing, the iQOO Z11 is expected to be positioned between CNY 2,000 (around ₹27,000) and CNY 3,000 (around ₹40,000) in China. The device is already available for pre-order in the market.

With strong specifications and high refresh rate display, the upcoming launch is expected to strengthen iQOO’s position in the competitive mid-range smartphone segment.
