Ahead of its official unveiling, iQOO has started revealing key details about its upcoming smartphone.
The company has confirmed that the iQOO Z11 Turbo will be launched in China on January 15 as the successor to the Z10 Turbo. Along with the launch date, iQOO has shared the design and several specifications of the device.
The smartphone will be available in Midnight Black, Sky White, Halo Pink, and Floating Light colour options. The rear panel design is inspired by “Floating Light on the Waves” and uses a high-precision nanoscale photolithography process. It will feature a crystal-clear glass back and a metal frame.
The iQOO Z11 Turbo will sport a 6.59-inch display with ultra-narrow bezels on all 4 sides. The screen is expected to be a 1.5K AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Midnight Black variant measures 7.9mm in thickness and weighs 202g.
On the performance front, the device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC and has achieved an AnTuTu score of 3.59 million. It will also include a self-developed Q2 chip. iQOO confirmed that this will be its first smartphone to feature a 200MP ultra-clear main camera, along with a 32MP front camera.
Additional features include IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance, as well as an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. More details are expected to be revealed in the days leading up to the official launch.
