Iozera Partners with ZutaCore to Lead Sustainable AI Infrastructure Revolution

Iozera, a next-generation AI-as-a-Service platform delivering high-performance, AI infrastructure-as-a-service through a global network of intelligent, energy-conscious AI data centers, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ZutaCore®, a global innovator in waterless liquid cooling for AI factories. This partnership marks a pivotal move in Iozera’s strategy to build hyper-efficient AI infrastructure, blending high-performance compute with radical energy and cost efficiency.

Iozera and ZutaCore are collaborating to make data centers more sustainable for AI operations.  ZutaCore’s HyperCool® technology uses a direct-to-chip pool boiling system to efficiently remove heat from processors and away from servers.  By replacing traditional cooling methods, this solution enables GPUs to maintain peak performance while significantly reducing energy consumption.  As AI workloads increase, this approach provides a practical solution for more effective heat and power management.

“Cooling is no longer a peripheral concern—it’s core to how we scale AI responsibly,” said Timothy Ngo, Co-founder of Iozera. “This partnership isn’t just about adopting best-in-class technology—it’s about co-engineering the future of AI infrastructure: faster, greener, and built for real-world scalability.”

Iozera is actively securing over 900 MW of power and land across 10 global regions, including the United States, India, and Southeast Asia. ZutaCore’s waterless two-phase, direct-to-chip cooling enables Iozera to meet the extreme thermal loads of today’s most advanced GPUs—including NVIDIA Hopper H200, Blackwell B100/B200, and Rubin-class architectures—while slashing energy use, eliminating water dependency, and reducing total cost of ownership.

In previous deployments, ZutaCore achieved a partial PUE (pPUE) of 1.03, outperforming traditional cooling solutions and setting a new benchmark for high-density AI workloads. Iozera’s adoption aims to globalize this standard across its forthcoming AI data centers.

Together, Iozera and ZutaCore will co-develop AI-optimized data center blueprints tailored for:
  • High-density compute clusters
  • Regions with constrained energy or water resources
  • Sustainable scale across hyperscale and edge environments

This collaboration underscores Iozera’s commitment to environmental responsibility, cost-effective growth, and AI-native infrastructure innovation.
