In a move to advance AI-powered customer communication, global cloud communications company Infobip is set to launch a new platform called AgentOS on 01 April. The AI-driven system will help brands communicate with customers across more than 15 channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
The launch marks a shift for Infobip as it moves beyond traditional messaging services towards smarter, goal-focused customer engagement solutions.
AgentOS combines real-time data with conversational AI to allow businesses to complete tasks directly inside chat apps. Brands will be able to manage activities such as booking flights or processing orders without moving customers to another platform. The system is designed with a flexible setup, allowing companies to use it as a standalone platform or integrate it with their existing technology systems.
The platform also brings marketing, sales, and customer support tools together in one place. This unified approach removes the need for teams to switch between multiple applications. As a result, companies can operate faster while customers experience smoother and more efficient interactions.
Security and analytics capabilities are built into the platform. These features help ensure safe communication while allowing businesses to monitor performance and measure how effectively the system is working.
Kreso Zmak from Infobip highlighted the platform’s core role in AI-driven engagement. “AgentOS is the control layer where AI agents, data, channels and customer intent come together.”
With more than 15 channels natively integrated into the platform, Infobip aims to deliver AI-driven customer experiences at scale through AgentOS.
