IndusLaw Partners with Legitquest to Develop AI-Driven Legal Solutions

IndusLaw has revealed its collaboration with Legitquest, appointing them as the firm’s AI Partner. The firm plans to initiate a Proof of Concept (PoC) with Legitquest to create an innovative AI-driven tool aimed at integrating tailored workflows and solutions across essential legal areas.

This AI tool will prioritize the automation of construction disputes, legal forecasting, intellectual property claims, contract management, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence processes, email and drive data integration, AI chat support, and automated document drafting. It will also include a sophisticated legal research and litigation management platform, facilitating smooth collaboration and real-time case tracking through comprehensive data and AI insights.

Kartik Ganapathy, Founding and Senior Partner at IndusLaw, stated, “As we move from mere assistance using technological tools to purposeful augmentation and automation of our services, we selected Legitquest as one of the AI solutions to enable a continuous development of our service offerings and learnings. Being built out of India with a focus on the nuances of the region was certainly a tick box we were happy to mark. We look forward to a very active POC phase, as we test the boundaries of what is possible in this space.”

Legitquest, a homegrown Generative AI platform supported by Infoedge and Waterbridge Ventures, is positioning itself against global competitors such as Harvey AI, vLex, and LexisNexis. With access to a vast database of over 400 million records, Legitquest offers advanced legal solutions designed for both efficiency and precision. One of its standout products, ZAIAN, serves as a legal AI assistant that can provide immediate answers, draft documents, review contracts, and accurately retrieve case law. In addition to its legal research and litigation management capabilities, Legitquest also features LIBIL, an AI-driven tool for legal due diligence.
