A new cross border partnership has been formed as Inductus Limited, through its Global Capability Centre division, signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with Singapore based IT solutions provider Asteria Visions Pte. The agreement marks a key step in expanding global GCC collaboration between India and Singapore.
The MoU was signed by Alouk Kumar, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Inductus Limited, and Daniel Goh, Director of Asteria Visions. The signing took place in the presence of the First Secretary Economic of the Singapore High Commission. The agreement sets out a clear framework for sharing services and co designing solutions, allowing both companies to combine India growing GCC strengths with Singapore strong digital transformation ecosystem.
Through this partnership, both organisations will jointly develop solutions for multinational clients. The collaboration will focus on technical planning, commercial coordination, specialised service delivery, and quality assurance. The aim is to build high value services that move beyond traditional GCC models and support advanced digital and strategic functions.
Inductus GCC highlighted that the partnership reflects the global shift in GCC operations, where companies are focusing more on digital engineering, innovation, and strategic delivery. The association is also expected to support solutions built around artificial intelligence, cloud computing, digital product engineering, and innovation led transformation.
Alouk Kumar said the collaboration highlights Inductus’ focus on building globally integrated solutions by using the strengths of both partners. He added that the India GCC ecosystem is entering a phase of fast maturity and close cooperation with Singapore innovation partners will help drive scalable and value focused growth.
The MoU also supports the wider economic relationship between India and Singapore, where technology and digital services continue to play a central role. Both companies aim to use this partnership to expand their international presence and strengthen regional competitiveness.
Founded in 2007, Inductus operates across government, corporate, development, and offshore sectors. Its services include consulting, technology solutions, project management, international trade, legal advisory, and skill development. The company reported revenue of INR 148 crore for the financial year 2024 to 25, showing steady year on year growth.
