Honeywell has announced that Indra Nooyi will join its Board of Directors as an Independent Director effective January 1, 2026. The globally respected business leader is known for her long and influential tenure at PepsiCo, where she served as Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2018 and as Chair of the Board from 2007 to 2019.
Nooyi previously held senior roles as President and Chief Financial Officer and led the company’s Performance with Purpose strategy that focused on better product nutrition, lower environmental impact, and stronger community engagement.
Nooyi’s career also includes leadership positions at ABB, Motorola Solutions, and Boston Consulting Group. Alongside her new role at Honeywell, she continues to serve on the Board of Directors at Amazon where she chairs the audit committee, and on the supervisory board of Philips where she is part of the nominating and corporate governance committee.
Honeywell Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Vimal Kapur said her strategic insight, global leadership experience, and operational strength will support the company’s focus on long term value creation.
