IndiGo Adopts Snowflake AI Data Cloud to Strengthen Data-Driven Operations

IndiGo, India’s leading airline, has partnered with Snowflake to adopt its AI Data Cloud platform and build a unified, secure, and consistent enterprise data hub. The collaboration aims to enhance customer experience by using real-time insights for smarter and faster decision-making.

Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud is recognised for its scalability, security, and simplicity. By integrating this platform, IndiGo now has a centralised view of its data, allowing real-time analysis to optimise and automate processes. The system also empowers employees to proactively respond to operational needs around the clock, while fuelling IndiGo’s AI engine to anticipate trends and apply predictive analysis across multiple business areas.

“Using data as a strategic asset helps us make business decisions across our operations with greater agility. Adoption of the Snowflake platform, a key step in our digitalisation journey, is helping us power our AI initiatives, drive innovation, collaborate efficiently with our partners, enhance employee and customer experience, and, as a result, further strengthen our competitive advantage in the market,” said Neetan Chopra, Chief Digital and Information Officer at IndiGo.

Commenting on the partnership, Vijayant Rai, Managing Director India at Snowflake, said, “The travel and hospitality industry is at a pivotal moment, with data and AI becoming critical for success. We are thrilled for our ongoing collaboration with IndiGo to mobilise their data to support their growth in India and international expansion.”
