In an effort to improve operational excellence and upskill its workers, the state-run Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) has partnered with Novac Technology Solutions for the second time.
Their involvement since 2022, which centered on upskilling IOCL employees and channel partners while helping more than 400,000 people, is being expanded upon by the present initiative.
Through this groundbreaking partnership, Novac’s digital learning vertical will create 500 hours of advanced eLearning material over the course of the following four years, with the goal of strengthening technical capabilities and equipping IOCL’s personnel to succeed in a changing energy industry.
As part of this partnership, Novac will be responsible for the complete production of new, customized eLearning courses that span 70 functions throughout the six main divisions of IOCL.
The modules will make use of cutting-edge formats including audio podcasts, interactive films, sophisticated 3D character animations, AV-style modules, immersive game-based learning, and infographic-driven graphics. The Learning Management System (LMS) of IOCL will seamlessly include these courses, guaranteeing accessible for staff members throughout its extensive network, including field and remote teams.
