A new chapter in India’s education space has begun with the birth of Mentogram, a pioneering School of Artificial Intelligence launched in 2024 by visionaries Sarvesh Tusnial, Siddharth Dangi, and Don Nations. Designed to transform how AI is taught and experienced in India, Mentogram brings Silicon Valley’s wisdom straight to Indian learners—opening doors to real-world projects, global mentors, and career pathways in international tech firms.
At its core, Mentogram offers a 12-month, career-driven MBA program in Artificial Intelligence, created through a powerful alliance with WozU, a tech school established by Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak. This partnership weaves together the innovation of Silicon Valley with India’s immense potential, creating a bridge between talent and opportunity.
As India’s AI market is forecasted to soar to $31.94 billion by 2031, the need for deep, hands-on AI learning has never been more urgent. While numerous courses have emerged for all levels—from beginners to experts—what’s often missing is a global perspective. This is where Mentogram shines.
“These courses do expose Indian students to AI. However, a global approach to teaching and learning AI practices is missing. We wanted to bring the AI expertise of Silicon Valley to India and help students learn from the best in the world,” shares Sarvesh Tusnial, co-founder of Mentogram.
The foundation of Mentogram was built on a shared vision. Sarvesh, a Kolkata native and Mechatronics graduate from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, first crossed paths with Siddharth Dangi during their academic journey. They later co-founded LaunchPilot, a global startup-focused school in Singapore.
With Don Nations joining as COO—bringing his experience in U.S. academia and corporate collaboration—the trio saw a unique opportunity. They approached Steve Wozniak, impressed by what he was building with WozU.
“We held discussions with Steve and explained how we wanted to carry out the same model that WozU employs, but make it completely AI-dedicated for the Indian landscape. There was instant synergy, and the partnership was successful,” Sarvesh recalls.
“Even though AI is a buzzword in India, many young adults do not have access to AI-related skill training from an expert who uses new-age tools in real life as if it were second nature to them. This is the exact gap that Mentogram seeks to address,” explains Siddharth Dangi.
With a curriculum rooted in real-world applications, Mentogram aims to empower students to not just learn AI but live it, preparing them for high-value roles in global tech environments.
