In a strategic leadership move, Vikash Gaur will lead global delivery, operational excellence, and business transformation efforts, with a focus on driving scalable growth and enhancing client value across key markets.
Gaur brings over 20 years of leadership experience across global technology and consulting firms. Before joining Impetus, he was Partner at Catalincs Partners LLP and served as Chief Delivery Officer at LTIMindtree. In that role, he handled large-scale portfolios and led integration and transformation initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Gaur spent nearly 20 years at Cognizant, where he played a key role in building and scaling its Digital Engineering business into a billion-dollar practice.
With strong expertise in digital transformation, delivery leadership, and large-scale operations, Gaur is expected to play a crucial role in accelerating Impetus’ next phase of growth.
