iFAST Corporation has announced the appointment of Terence Lin Weide as the new Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 1 April. Lin takes over from Lim Kian Thong, who is retiring in compliance with Singapore’s retirement guidelines.
In his new role, Lin will oversee the company’s financial and accounting operations, bringing his extensive expertise to the leadership team. Prior to this position, Lin served as Group Finance Director at iFAST Global Markets (Singapore), where he honed his skills in financial management. His career also includes a key role as Client Portfolio Manager at Eastspring Investments (Singapore) Limited, further solidifying his credentials in the finance sector.
Lin holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) from the prestigious National University of Singapore and a Master of Professional Accounting from Murdoch University. He is also a CFA charterholder with the CFA Institute, underlining his professional standing and financial acumen.
With his wealth of experience, Lin is poised to lead iFAST’s financial strategies and contribute to the company’s continued growth and success in the ever-evolving financial sector.
