Honor has launched the Magic 8 Pro Air in China alongside the premium Magic 8 RSR Porsche Design at its January 2026 launch event. Both smartphones are part of the new Magic 8 series and will be sold through the company’s official website in China starting January 23.
The Honor Magic 8 Pro Air is offered in Fairy Purple, Light Orange, Feather White, and Shadow Black colour options. Pricing starts at CNY 4,999 (around Rs. 65,000) for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The 12GB+512GB and 16GB+512GB models are priced at CNY 5,299 (about Rs. 69,000) and CNY 5,599 (around Rs. 73,000). The top 16GB+1TB version costs CNY 5,999 (roughly Rs. 78,000).
The Magic 8 Pro Air runs on Android 16-based MagicOS 10 and supports one physical SIM and one eSIM. It features a 6.31-inch OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, up to 6,000 nits peak brightness, and HDR support. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and offers up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. It carries a triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. A 50-megapixel front camera supports selfies and video calls. The device packs a 5,500mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging, weighs about 155g, and comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings.
The Honor Magic 8 RSR Porsche Design is available in Moonlight Stone and Slate Gray shades. Its price starts at CNY 7,999 (around Rs. 1,04,000) for the 16GB+512GB variant, while the 24GB+1TB model is priced at CNY 8,999 (about Rs. 1,17,000).
This model also runs on Android 16-based MagicOS 10 and supports dual SIM. It sports a 6.71-inch OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and up to 6,000 nits brightness. The phone is powered by Qualcomm’s 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 24GB RAM and 1TB storage. Its triple rear camera system includes a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. It is backed by a 7,200mAh battery with 120W wired and 80W wireless charging, weighs about 239g, and carries IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings.
