Honor has confirmed the arrival of its new Win series smartphones in China next week. The company shared the details through a post on a Chinese social media platform and has also begun accepting early bookings through its official website. The lineup includes the Honor Win and Honor Win RT, with both models positioned as performance focused devices aimed at gaming users.
The Honor Win series will be launched in China on December 26, with the event scheduled to begin at 2:30 pm local time, which is 12:00 pm IST. Official listings reveal that both phones will be available in Black, Blue and White colour options. The Honor Win will be offered in 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, 12GB with 512GB, 16GB with 512GB and 16GB with 1TB. The Honor Win RT will come in 12GB with 256GB, 16GB with 256GB, 16GB with 512GB and 16GB with 1TB variants.
Teaser images suggest that the Win series will feature a curved design with a matte sweat resistant finish. Honor says the phones will use a ‘precision engineered’ mid frame armour to reduce fingerprints during long gaming sessions. The design also points to an active cooling fan at the back along with visible Win branding. The Honor Win RT is shown with a dual rear camera setup, while the standard Honor Win appears to include a triple camera system.
In terms of performance, the Honor Win is rumoured to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, while the Win RT may use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor. The Honor Win is tipped to feature a 6.83 inch flat display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Both models are expected to pack 8000mAh batteries with support for 100W fast charging. The Win series is likely to arrive as an upgrade over the existing Honor GT lineup.
