A strategic leadership addition reflects Hitachi Energy’s continued focus on strengthening investor engagement and transparent financial communication as it advances in the global energy transition. In her new role, Priyanka will lead investor relations strategy, working closely with stakeholders to enhance financial communication, disclosure practices, and investor confidence.
Her appointment aligns with the company’s commitment to building strong relationships with the investor community while driving sustainable and long-term growth.
Prior to this, Bhagat served as Account Director – Investor Relations and IPO at Adfactors PR, where she handled strategic investor communications and IPO advisory, helping organisations strengthen market positioning and stakeholder engagement.
She also worked as Manager – Deals at PwC India, gaining experience in transaction advisory, financial strategy, and investor-focused analysis, further strengthening her expertise in corporate finance and capital markets.
Earlier, Bhagat spent over 10 years with RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group as Investor Relations Officer. During this period, she played a key role in enhancing market capitalisation, developing investor communication strategies, and driving analyst engagement and compliance frameworks.
Bhagat also led ESG and sustainability initiatives, integrating green building and sustainability practices into investor programs, aligning financial strategy with long-term environmental and governance priorities.
Bhagat holds an MBA from IBS Hyderabad, bringing a strong foundation in finance, investor relations, and ESG integration.
