Wishing Mr. Rahul Shukla greater responsibilities and exciting challenges in this impressive new chapter!
In a moment of graceful transition, the Board of Hindustan Construction Company has announced a significant leadership change in its financial helm. During a board meeting held on 08 May 2025, it was formally decided that Girish Gangal, the longstanding Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, will bid farewell to the company as he retires at the close of business on 31 May 2025.
Gangal’s tenure has been marked by steadfast dedication and financial stewardship, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial architecture. As he prepares to close this chapter, the company moves forward with confidence by elevating Rahul Shukla, the current Deputy CFO, to the role of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Person.
Effective 01 June 2025, Shukla will take charge, bringing with him a wealth of experience and an intimate understanding of the company’s financial operations. His appointment signals a smooth and strategic transition designed to maintain continuity and momentum as the company steps into its next phase of growth.
This seamless shift in leadership not only honours Gangal’s legacy but also reflects the company’s commitment to nurturing internal talent and ensuring financial resilience in an ever-evolving infrastructure landscape.
