Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has appointed Bhawna Agarwal as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of HPE India

In a significant change in leadership, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) named Bhawna Agarwal as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of HPE India. After a distinguished 27-year career with the firm, experienced boss Som Satsangi retires, and she takes over. Agarwal, a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in media, consumer tech, and digital startups, has been leading account strategy and compute business growth at HPE since 2019.

“I look forward to building on the strong foundation laid by Som and continuing to drive growth, scaling our impact and innovation in the region,” said Agarwal, as she steps into the role at a critical time for HPE’s India vision.

This news highlights HPE’s dedication to the “Make in India” movement and follows the company’s most recent milestone, the launch of its 6001st “Made in India” server, which was celebrated alongside Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw.

In India, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) also introduced the HPE Private Cloud AI solution at the same time. By combining HPE’s compute, storage, and GreenLake cloud services with NVIDIA’s cutting-edge AI stack, this all-in-one AI cloud platform enables businesses to develop, implement, and scale GenAI applications more quickly than ever, bringing AI innovation from concept to reality.
