Hero MotoCorp has announced the appointment of Madhuri Mehta as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. With more than 23 years of experience, she brings expertise in talent strategy, organisational culture and large-scale HR transformations to the role.
At Hero MotoCorp, Madhuri will focus on creating a future-ready workforce, strengthening people practices and aligning HR initiatives with the company’s innovation-led growth in the automotive sector.
Before joining Hero MotoCorp, she served as CHRO at Emaar India, where she led human capital initiatives. She also spent 16 years with Dalmia Bharat Group, managing critical HR functions, and began her leadership journey at Bharti Airtel, building a strong foundation in human resources.
Alongside her corporate career, Madhuri is the founder of the Blue Orb Foundation, which supports holistic child development through its WIN model. Her blend of corporate leadership and social impact reflects Hero MotoCorp’s commitment to nurturing talent, driving transformation and strengthening its industry leadership.
