Zscaler has announced the appointment of Hemant Dabke as Area Vice President, marking a key addition to its leadership team. With a strong background in leading global technology organisations, Hemant will focus on expanding Zscaler’s market presence and driving secure digital transformation for enterprises across the region.
Before joining Zscaler, Hemant served as Regional Vice President at Databricks, where he played a major role in driving business growth in India for over three years. He also worked as Regional Vice President at UiPath, where he led automation-driven expansion across key markets.
His career includes a significant tenure at SAP, where he held the position of Vice President for Enterprise, BFSI, and Telecom, managing strategy and growth across crucial business sectors. Earlier, during his time at Tech Mahindra as Senior Vice President, Hemant directed operations across India, SAARC, and Malaysia, strengthening the company’s regional footprint.
Hemant also spent more than a decade with Microsoft India Pvt. Ltd., serving as Director for Corporate Business India and Sales Director for the Western Region, where he contributed to the company’s enterprise growth in India. He began his professional journey with Hughes Escorts Communications Ltd. and Integra Micro Systems Pvt. Ltd., gaining valuable experience in enterprise technology and customer engagement.
With deep expertise in leadership, business strategy, cloud computing, and digital transformation, Hemant is set to strengthen Zscaler’s vision of enabling enterprises to securely modernise their operations in an increasingly digital-first world.
