Hebbia AI Appoints Aabhas Sharma as Chief Technology Officer

Hebbia AI, a New York-based artificial intelligence platform, has announced the appointment of Aabhas Sharma as its new Chief Technology Officer. In his new role, Sharma will lead the company’s technology and product teams as Hebbia continues to expand its infrastructure and AI capabilities for the financial industry.

Sharma brings over a decade of experience in scaling technology startups and building high-performing engineering teams. Before joining Hebbia, he served as CTO of Found, where he played a key role in developing scalable product frameworks. Earlier, he spent nearly six years at Postmates, leading the company’s delivery business and managing a 100-member team through its $3.5 billion acquisition by Uber.

Sharing his excitement about the new role, Sharma said, “I’m thrilled to join Hebbia at such a pivotal moment. The company’s already made huge advances in AI accuracy and reasoning, and now we have the opportunity to scale that innovation even further.”

The appointment comes as Hebbia AI continues to expand its global footprint, following the recent launch of its London headquarters and a new office in San Francisco. These moves reflect the company’s growing commitment to advancing AI solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency across the financial sector.
