HCLTech has signed a multi-year partnership with The Magnum Ice Cream Company to design, build, and manage a future-ready digital and IT infrastructure. The move comes as TMICC prepares to operate as an independent publicly listed company following its separation from Unilever.
As part of the collaboration, HCLTech will deploy its AI Force platform to embed artificial intelligence across TMICC’s digital foundation. This will support predictive analytics, improve business process observability, and enhance user experience as the global ice cream company transitions into a standalone entity.

The partnership will also help TMICC exit Unilever through a smooth Transition Service Agreement. At the same time, it will support the creation of a greenfield IT environment designed for scalability, resilience, and AI-led innovation.
