HCLTech, a global technology leader, and Zscaler, a leading name in cloud security, have announced an expansion of their strategic partnership to offer AI-driven network transformation and advanced zero trust security services for enterprises worldwide.
As part of the enhanced collaboration, Zscaler’s Zero Trust Exchange platform has been integrated with HCLTech’s Cybersecurity Fusion Center (CSFC) platform. The partnership leverages HCLTech’s AI capabilities, including SecOps and Responsible AI guardrails within HCLTech AI Force and AI Foundry, to help businesses strengthen resilience and achieve secure, scalable, cloud-first outcomes.
HCLTech’s Universal Managed Detection and Response (UMDR) services will now work with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and other Zscaler solutions. This integration enables context-aware threat detection, advanced analytics and rapid response through AI and automation. The partnership also focuses on secure network transformation, end-to-end managed security, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions and zero trust maturity assessments.
“Today’s enterprises need a robust foundation for digital trust and resilience,” said Amit Jain, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Cybersecurity at HCLTech. “Our partnership with Zscaler, now enhanced with joint AI-driven capabilities, enables global businesses to modernise securely and confidently. With over two decades of cybersecurity expertise, HCLTech is well-positioned to deliver value through AI-powered operations and outcome-focused network security transformation services.”
Mike Rich, Chief Revenue Officer and President of Global Sales at Zscaler, added, “Zscaler’s zero trust architecture and cloud-native approach are designed for the needs of today’s digital-first enterprises. Together with HCLTech, we are enabling organisations to simplify and accelerate their secure digital transformation journeys with cloud-delivered services that reduce complexity, enhance user experience and strengthen cyber resilience.”
According to the HCLTech Global Cyber Resilience Study, global security leaders consider implementing zero trust and SASE architectures among their top near-term priorities. The expanded partnership between HCLTech and Zscaler addresses this growing demand, empowering enterprises to transition from legacy systems to secure, intelligent and agile security frameworks at scale.
