HCCB rolls out senior leadership changes to accelerate growth

With an eye on sharper execution and sustained momentum, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages has announced a series of senior leadership appointments across key business functions.

Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, the bottling arm of a global soft drink major, said the leadership refresh is aimed at strengthening operational efficiency and reinforcing its position in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.

The new appointments span critical areas such as supply chain, commercial operations, people management, strategy, and transformation. The move reflects the company’s focus on building stronger capabilities to support scale and performance in a competitive market.

Avinash Kant Kumar has been appointed Head of Integrated Supply Chain. In this role, he will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, with a focus on resilience, efficiency, and scalability. Vinay Nair has taken charge as Chief Commercial Officer and will be responsible for driving commercial strategy and market growth.

Ritesh Pratap Singh has been named Chief Human Resources Officer. He will lead people strategy, talent development, and organisational culture initiatives. Sunaina Dhanuka has assumed the role of Head of Strategy, where she will support the company’s growth and transformation agenda. Girish Sivaraman has joined as Vice President – Commercial Transformation and will focus on strengthening go-to-market execution and enhancing commercial capabilities.

The leadership changes come at a time when the company is sharpening its organisational focus amid a challenging market environment. By strengthening teams across core functions, HCCB aims to improve execution discipline and long-term sustainability.

The appointments also underline the company’s intent to adapt to evolving industry demands and deliver stronger performance across the value chain, from supply operations to customer engagement. They mirror a broader trend in the FMCG sector, where companies are reshaping leadership structures to stay aligned with changing strategic priorities.
