With more than 18 years of experience in human resources, Harshita brings strong expertise in talent management, total rewards, and cultural transformation. At BharatPe, she will play a key role in strengthening the company’s HR framework to support its growth and innovation plans in the financial services and UPI payments sector.
Before joining BharatPe, Harshita served as Chief People Officer at Home Credit India, where she successfully led several large-scale change management and digital HR initiatives. Her career also includes significant roles at Nokia, CSC, Schneider Electric, and Aon Hewitt. In these positions, she worked extensively on compensation strategy, performance management, and organisational design across multiple regions, including Asia Pacific, Europe, and Latin America.
Harshita’s broad international experience and deep understanding of people strategy position her to help BharatPe in building a future-ready, agile, and people-first workplace that supports its evolving business goals.
