In his new role, Hari will oversee the group’s investment functions across India and Singapore. He will be responsible for capital allocation and investment strategy as Prisma AI continues to scale its operations. He brings strong expertise in investment banking, corporate finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and valuation to support the company’s growth plans.
Before joining Prisma AI, Hari held senior leadership positions at EY. He served as Executive Director in Strategy and Transactions, following a long tenure as Associate Director at the firm. His work at EY focused on complex financial and strategic engagements, building deep experience across multiple sectors.
Earlier in his career, Hari held executive roles at Capitalianz and HDFC Limited, where he served as Country Head in Saudi Arabia. He also worked as Associate Director in Risk Advisory at PKF SRIDHAR & SANTHANAM LLP. In addition, he contributed to Deloitte and Ernst and Young, where he further strengthened his professional expertise.
Across these roles, Hari developed a strong foundation in financial strategy, risk advisory, and transaction execution. His appointment is expected to play a key role in strengthening Prisma AI’s financial structure and supporting its ambitions in the fast evolving artificial intelligence ecosystem.
