Based in Hyderabad, Aaron will lead the company’s customer onboarding strategy with a focus on improving adoption, retention, and long-term customer success.
In this role, Aaron will work on building structured onboarding frameworks, enhancing process governance, and using data-driven insights to speed up product implementations. His efforts will support scalable outcomes for greytHR’s expanding SaaS portfolio.
Aaron brings 19 years of experience in HRMS implementations and service delivery. He is widely recognized in the HR technology and outsourcing space for his expertise and leadership.
Before joining greytHR, he served as Delivery Head for HRMS Implementations at Keka HR. In that role, he managed over 5000 projects every year and led a team of 100+ professionals. His experience also includes senior roles at Alight Solutions, Deloitte, and HSBC, where he built a strong foundation in enterprise solutions and service delivery.
He combines deep knowledge of Payroll, ATS, and Global Mobility with a strong track record in Large-Scale Digital Transformation. This positions him well to lead and strengthen greytHR’s product implementation strategy.
