Tushar brings over 15 years of experience across digital transformation, AI-led innovation and enterprise technology leadership. He is recognised for blending strong pharma domain knowledge with execution excellence, making him well-suited to lead large-scale transformation in a fast-evolving industry.
In this role, Tushar will lead enterprise-wide transformation across functions. His priorities include integrating digital technologies, improving operational efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making. He will also work on aligning business strategy with execution, enhancing agility and building scalable systems that support long-term growth.
Before joining Granules India, Tushar was Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer at Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services. He led end-to-end digital transformation across the pharma value chain, using AI, predictive analytics, IoT and automation to improve productivity, reduce costs and enhance quality outcomes.
Earlier, Tushar spent over a decade at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he led global transformation programs and built strong expertise in pharmaceutical operations. His career also includes consulting roles at Deloitte and Invenio Business Solutions, along with early experience as an SAP consultant at Bennett, Coleman & Co.
With this appointment, Granules India aims to strengthen its transformation roadmap, drive operational excellence and build a future-ready, digitally enabled organization.
