Edward Smyshliaiev is the new chief technology officer (CTO) of GR8 Tech. The company’s high-performance tech leadership and platform innovation are strengthened by the organizational transformation.
With more than 20 years of expertise in large-scale digital transformation, AI, machine learning, and software engineering, Edward has a track record of transforming challenging problems into scalable solutions.

In his role as CTO, Edward will concentrate on strengthening GR8 Tech’s architecture to facilitate worldwide expansion, assembling capable teams, and expediting development. In order to make sure the platform offers partners great value, he will progressively assume control of crucial areas including platform, information security, and technical governance.
Previously serving as both deputy CEO and CTO, Artur Ashyrov will now concentrate on operational leadership while advancing technology through GR8 Tech’s internal Innovation Sprint, a company-wide program designed to increase tech-savviness and foster an innovative culture across teams.
